mid-blog crisis

Much have been said.
Much have been done

But in my lifetime, a waaaay lot more have been said than done.

I talked about anonymity, although I have been known to start
flame wars, pummel a school administrator with nasty emails,
write sarcastic i-shall-follow-ur-policy-emails, harass someone
who is both naive and arrogant in a python mailing list.

No wonder, you may remark that Im trying to cover myself up
with anonymity. I should be. Im infamous.

What is it with these blogsites?
-Is it humility to open and post a part of one's soul in an online community?
-Is it anger and angst inthe sense, you can say whatever hurtful things
that at those who have offended you?
-Is it the thrill that other people may be reading ur blogsite?
-Is it the trickster in us? Pretend to be mr goody and mr. cool?

Sometimes, I forget the reason why im blogging in the first place.
I often forget the tone that I started with and ended up with another
theme/topic for a blog entry.
But on the other hand, blogging is the same thing with I what I do in my
self-dialogues. The only problem is, my fingers cant catch up with the
mumblings of my mind. Drat!

First, Im thinking of thing A... and when Im about to type and express
thing A into written(or typed/encoded) content, my mind suddenly
jumped to thing B, thereby creating incoherent/confusing message
structure. It's like stepping on your own shoelaces. Dumb mutt!

Hmm.. I've noticed that there are a lot of "I" in blog entries.
Is it really ALL about the concept of "self"?

I really thought that the concept of a computer-diary in
Doogie Howser, MD was pretty cool. Even the simple concept
of keeping a diary was something that I use to admire... to be able
to reflect at the end of the day all that has transpired and to reminisce
in the future about those "imprinted" memories.

But now, the internet has tons of data.
Who would have the guts to read and process all those information??
Jokes, news, misinformation, facts, lies... they're all there in one
big pile of bits and bytes in place we call cyberspace.

It's a good thing there are no alien invasion in cyberspace..
Stop! we come in peace! Zzzzt! Zaap!

Wow! look at that. I started my blog entry with a "much" and ended up
with "Zaap". Talk about incoherence.

Oh! look at the time. It's nearly 6 am. 1 hour more and would be the
start of another day at work! Talk about hassling the company for overtime pay
:D

overtime pay, is the equalizer and weapon for us, corporate tools!

Keep posting... btw, you are no longer anonymous. It's easy to find out who are you now, now that you've locked commenting to registered bloggers only. :)
